Famous director Rajamouli recently joined the fun in celebrating the hit movie “Premalu” and gave it a big thumbs up. He was totally honest about thinking Malayalam actors are better, although he admitted feeling a bit jealous. Rajamouli had a blast watching the film, praising actors like Mamitha Baiju, Naslen, Akhila Bhargavan, and Shyam. He even predicted Mamitha would be the next heartthrob, comparing her to Girija in Geethanjali and Sai Pallavi.
Surprisingly, Rajamouli, known for action movies, admitted he wasn’t a big fan of comedy or rom-coms. But watching “Premalu” in the theater changed his mind completely. He gave credit to the Telugu writer and cheered on Malayalam filmmakers for crafting each character with care. Rajamouli wrapped up by congratulating the director and appreciating them for keeping up the great legacy left by previous Malayalam filmmakers who’ve won hearts in Telugu cinema.
