Amitabh Bachchan Denounces Fake News Rumors

Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary Bollywood actor, surprised everyone by showing up at the Indian Street Premiere League (ISPL) 2024 final match in Mumbai, even though there were reports of him being in the hospital just hours before. People couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw him cheering enthusiastically for Majhi Mumbai alongside his son Abhishek Bachchan in the stands. Videos of him enjoying the game and interacting with cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar quickly spread across social media.

As Bachchan was leaving the stadium after the match, someone from the crowd asked him about his health. He reassured them with a gesture and then verbally dismissed the reports of his hospitalization as “Fake news”. Earlier in the day, there were rumors that the 81-year-old actor had undergone an angioplasty, but sources from the hospital clarified that it was just a routine check-up.

Despite facing health issues, Bachchan remains committed to his work. He recently underwent wrist surgery but is still actively involved in various projects. Fans can look forward to seeing him in “Kalki 2898 AD” alongside Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, as well as in “Section 84” and the Hindi remake of “The Intern”.
