Janhvi Kapoor, fresh off her role in “Bawaal,” is diving headfirst into her upcoming projects. She recently shared pictures from the sets of her tentatively titled film “RC16,” marking her second pan-India venture after “Devara” which is currently in production.
Janhvi was spotted heading to Goa on Thursday for the new “RC16” schedule, accompanied by her father. This comes as Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan are also set to join the shoot in the beach paradise.
Janhvi seems to be making a strong push into the pan-India film space. With “Devara” and “RC16” already confirmed, rumors swirl about her involvement in National Award winner Suriya’s upcoming film as well. While official confirmation is awaited, Janhvi’s dedication to these projects is evident, as showcased by her recent travel to Goa.
“Devara,” originally slated for an April release, has been pushed back to October 10th. This delay is attributed to the film’s heavy reliance on VFX. The team is reportedly working tirelessly to deliver a visually stunning cinematic experience. Additionally, the incomplete shoot and Saif Ali Khan’s recent surgery further contributed to the postponement. Billed as a high-octane action drama, “Devara” promises to be a visual spectacle on release.
