Neha Shetty, originally from Mangalore and raised in a Hindu family that speaks Tulu, kickstarted her career in the world of modeling. Her journey gained momentum when she clinched the title of Miss Mangalore in 2014, followed by securing the runner-up position in Miss South India 2015.
