Roshan Kanakala, son of the dynamic anchor duo Suma Kanakala and Rajeev Kanakala, is all set to make his debut in the film industry with the upcoming romantic drama, “Bubblegum.” Paired alongside Maanasa Choudhary, Roshan is ready to charm audiences with his acting prowess.
To kickstart the promotional activities for “Bubblegum,” Roshan and his mother, Suma Kanakala, graced the Etv Diwali special event. The duo participated in a humorous interview as part of the program ‘Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju.’ During the interview, Suma’s son playfully quizzed her about her favorite actor to anchor for during movie pre-release events, presenting options like Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Nani, and Mahesh Babu. Suma, with her usual wit, diplomatically declared all of them as the best. However, a comical twist ensued when her son teased her about not enjoying anchoring for Jr. NTR, leading to moments of laughter between the mother-son duo.
Discussing the film “Bubblegum,” Suma couldn’t help but draw a comparison to the iconic character Arjun Reddy, played by Vijay Devarakonda, stating, “Na Koduku Arjun Reddy,” highlighting the intensity and impact expected from Roshan’s character in the movie.
