Yuvraj Singh, the former Indian cricketer, expressed his admiration for Ranbir’s performance in the film and revealed that discussions are underway for a biopic on his life.
Yuvraj Singh, who faced not only cricket challenges but also battled and triumphed over lung cancer in 2011, sees Ranbir Kapoor as the perfect fit to portray his inspiring journey on the big screen. The cricketer, in an interview with Times of India, shared his preference for Ranbir, stating, “I think Ranbir Kapoor is perfect for my biopic.” The project is in progress, and Yuvraj Singh teased that there will be exciting news soon, leaving the final decision to the director.
“Animal,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has soared to success, collecting Rs 552 crore in India and approximately Rs 912 crore worldwide.
