Balakrishna’s Visit Raises Banner Controversy

On the 28th death anniversary of legendary actor-politician Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao (NTR), his son Nandamuri Balakrishna, also known as Balayya, visited the NTR memorial. A viral video has stirred controversy, showing Balayya allegedly instructing his party members to remove a poster featuring Jr NTR, Kalyanram, and the late Harikrishna. Earlier in the day, Jr NTR and Kalyanram had paid their respects at the NTR ghat, attracting a swarm of fans.

As Balakrishna and his family arrived later, a video surfaced online depicting the removal of banners featuring Jr NTR, Kalyanram, and Harikrishna, leading to speculation that it was done on Balayya’s orders.

Balakrishna, a prominent actor and politician, recently tasted success with ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ in 2023. Currently filming ‘NBK 109’ with director Bobby Kolli, Balayya remains active in both spheres.

Jr NTR, engaged in shooting for ‘Devara’ and gearing up for his Bollywood debut in ‘War 2,’ joined his brother Kalyanram, set to appear in a film directed by Srinivas Pradeep Chilukuri.
