Over the weekend, folks from the Hindu Sena shook things up in Delhi. They put up a poster that said ‘Ayodhya Marg’ on the Babar Road sign. This happened just a couple of days before the big Ram Mandir ceremony in Ayodhya. Pictures and videos of the poster buzzed around on social media but were quickly taken down by officials.
The Hindu Sena has been pushing for the renaming of Babar Road for quite some time now. Back in 2019, they even blackened the road sign and slapped on stickers that screamed “Hindu Sena.” The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) plans to file a police complaint about this latest episode.
