Story :

In the spooky movie “Shaitaan,” a stranger named Vanraj creeps into a happy family’s farmhouse. Weirdly, he takes over the teenage daughter, Jahnavi, making her do all sorts of scary things. The film unfolds the mystery of why Vanraj is so powerful and whether the family can escape his spooky control. With a thrilling story, creepy vibes, and awesome acting, especially by R Madhavan, the movie explores the age-old debate of supernatural stuff versus science. Even though the story gets a bit confusing sometimes, “Shaitaan” still gives you the creeps with its eerie atmosphere and great acting.

Positive Aspects :

“Shaitaan” is cool because it feels spooky without fancy computer effects. The story keeps you interested with a mix of scary and interesting moments. The actors do a great job, especially R Madhavan, making you really feel for the characters. The music adds to the creepy vibe, making the whole experience pretty intense and worth checking out.

Negative Aspects :

“Shaitaan” isn’t perfect. Some parts of the story might seem a bit off or not very believable. Also, you can guess the ending too soon because of something that happens in the middle. The second half of the movie gets a bit boring sometimes. But, even with these problems, the creepy atmosphere and good acting make it worth watching and give you a kind of spooky feeling.

Technical Elements :

“Shaitaan” employs technical finesse to elevate its storytelling. Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti’s cinematography crafts an eerie atmosphere, while Amit Trivedi’s music intensifies emotions. The screenplay by Aamir Keeyan Khan and Krishnadev Yagnik, complemented by strong acting performances, maintains a compelling narrative pace. Minimal use of CGI underscores the film’s reliance on practical effects, enhancing the supernatural elements and providing a visually intriguing experience.

Conclusion :

“Shaitaan” tells a spooky story with cool camera work, music, and great acting. It feels a bit confusing at times, and the middle part can get a bit slow. But overall, the movie’s different take on ghostly stuff and the way it makes you feel scared without using usual tricks make it interesting. It’s not perfect, but it leaves you with some creepy vibes and emotions that stick with you.
