Prithviraj Sukumaran shared exciting details about his latest film “The Goat Life” at a press event in Hyderabad. Set to hit screens in Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada on the 28th, the Telugu version is being handled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Unlike his fictional role in ‘Salaar’, Prithviraj highlighted that ‘Goat Life’ is based on real-life experiences, particularly focusing on the character Najeeb, inspired by the book ‘Goat Days’. He revealed the long journey from the project’s inception in 2009, facing initial financial hurdles. Shooting finally began in 2019 after securing resources.
Prithviraj’s dedication went beyond just acting; he underwent significant weight changes for the role, gaining weight initially and then losing 31 kg. This required a six-month break for a weight loss regimen. His commitment demonstrates the depth of preparation to authentically portray Najeeb’s journey on screen.
