Teja Sajja‘s superhero film “HanuMan” continues to soar at the box office, earning an estimated ₹80.46 crore nett in India so far, despite facing tough competition from Mahesh Babu’s “Guntur Kaaram.” Released in multiple languages including Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada, the film witnessed a steady performance throughout its opening week.
On Wednesday, HanuMan collected approximately ₹11.5 crore nett in all languages. The film’s journey began with a strong start, making ₹4.15 crore from paid previews on Thursday, followed by ₹8.05 crore nett on Friday. Over the weekend, the numbers surged, reaching ₹12.45 crore on Saturday and ₹16 crore on Sunday.
While the film experienced a slight slowdown in its second week, it still garnered ₹15.2 crore nett on Monday and ₹13.11 crore nett on Tuesday. Despite the competitive landscape, HanuMan remains a favorite among audiences, blending superhero action, comedy, and historical elements.
Teja Sajja, who plays the protagonist with superpowers granted by Lord Hanuman, expressed his excitement about the project. He shared that the film not only provides entertainment for children with its superhero action sequences but also integrates Indian history seamlessly, creating a truly engaging and entertaining cinematic experience.
