At a recent Prime Video event in Mumbai, filmmaker Karan Johar found himself in an unexpected situation when actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu tried to touch his feet. It was a warm gesture from Samantha, but it left Karan visibly surprised. He quickly exclaimed a firm “no-no” as she reached out.
The atmosphere lightened up when actor Varun Dhawan joined in with some playful teasing. Varun suggested jokingly that everyone should have the honor of touching Karan’s feet. Karan, known for his quick wit, responded by saying he didn’t want to feel any older, especially after finally getting over his midlife crisis.
Varun kept the banter going by teasing Karan about his youthful appearance, implying he must have a fantastic dermatologist. However, Karan retorted humorously, saying he hadn’t undergone any cosmetic procedures.
The event wasn’t all laughter; it also marked the unveiling of the first look of their upcoming series, ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’. The series, produced by D2R Films and Amazon Studios, features Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan in leading roles.
