Ranbir ‘s ‘Animal’ Earns ₹800 Crores Worldwide

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s action-packed film, “Animal,” starring Ranbir Kapoor, has stormed the global box office, crossing the ₹800 crore mark within just three weeks of its December 1 release. The movie, also featuring Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Tripti Dimri, follows Ranvijay “Vijay” Singh’s quest for revenge after discovering an assassination plot against his father.

Notably, “Animal” has become the highest-grossing Indian film in Canada and currently ranks as the fourth-highest Indian grosser in North America. It Predicts that it will comfortably exceed ₹850 crore globally, showcasing its box office dominance.

Previously reported “Animal” as the highest-grossing Hindi film on its opening day in North America, grossing $2.5 million (approximately ₹20.8 crore). The film’s multi-lingual release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada on December 1 contributed to its widespread success.

Despite receiving mixed reviews, with some critics citing a rushed climax, the toxic father-son dynamic portrayed by Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor has added depth to the storyline. Ranbir Kapoor’s portrayal of a traumatised and vengeful son has earned praise.
