Popular Telugu playback singer Mangli, also known as Satyavathi Rathod, was in a car accident on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru highway. It happened on Sunday night near Shamshabad. Mangli, along with two others, was coming back from Shamshabad when their car got hit from behind by a heavy vehicle (DCM) on Thondapally Road. Luckily, they only had minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The police have filed a case for investigation. Mangli, famous for songs like ‘Ramuloo Ramulaa’ and ‘Ra Ra Rakkamma’, hasn’t spoken about the accident yet. Even though the accident happened, she was seen at an event without any visible injuries.
Apart from being a singer, Mangli is also a TV presenter and actor, contributing a lot to Telugu entertainment. Investigations are still going on to find out more about the accident.
